What's up, Doc? Turns out, a lot more than maybe you thought. Bugs Bunny is one of the most recognizable images on the planet, and he's been around since 1940. In "Fresh Hare" Bugs finds himself in the forests of the Great White North with Canadian Mountie Elmer Fudd hot on his trail. He uses every trick in the book, including a little interspecies homoerotic kissyfacin', to shake Officer Fudd off his tail, but in the end, Elmer gets his Bunny. This episode ends on a pretty shocking note- as Bugs stands before the firing squad, Elmer asks him if he has a last wish. Bugs thinks about it, and then breaks into a rendition of the song "Dixie". If that weren't messed up enough, Bugs, Elmer and the firing squad all suddenly turn to blackface to finish the song. Maybe that's why you don't see those episodes on regular TV anymore. We boldly go where the others don't. tomorrowpictures.TV is here with early uncensored Bugs. Richard Pryor would be proud. less
