On a very rainy day, November 8 2008, members of Branch 159 of the Royal Canadian Legion, 338 Wing of the Air Force Association of Canada, 438 Tactical Helicopter Squadron, and Air Cadet and Army Cadet corps with other participants held their annual ceremony in memory of all deceased members of the military over the years. This year, the ceremony was shortened because of the continual rain showers and the usual marching parade from the cenotaph to Branch 159 was cancelled; instead, all those present were invited to the Legion building to continue the event in drier conditions. Even with the rain, we remembered those that are gone! less
